This week at KRS we are celebrating a very special milestone — our longest serving team member, Paula Barnard, has reached her 20th anniversary with the business.

Paula joined us in March 2006, back when KRS ran on whiteboards, paper schedules and a much smaller office and team. Over the past two decades, she has been instrumental in helping the company grow and evolve — embracing new crewing and booking innovations while always keeping sight of what truly matters: our people.

At its heart, KRS is a people business. Looking after the welfare of our crews and delivering for our clients is what defines us — and Paula embodies that ethos every single day. Her commitment to exceptional client support,is legendary.

Known to riggers and promoters alike, Paula has built a reputation as someone who genuinely cares — about her job, her colleagues and our customers. She represents the very spirit of KRS.

As we move through 2026 with so much to celebrate — including our recent shortlist for TPI Rigging Company of the Year and what promises to be an exceptionally busy summer — it feels fitting to recognise the people who have shaped our journey. Our crewing team continues to expand in response to our growing order book, and Paula’s contribution over the past 20 years has been central to that success.
